City Groups | 2026

If you are interested in joining or rejoining a City Group for our Winter -Spring season please fill out your information below to help us better place you in a group. 

To fill out this form the minimum age required is 18 years old.

Please select the main campus you currently attend.

Please note your age does not always determine which group you will be placed in but is one of the factors we look at.

Please select this box if you are interested in using your home to host your potential group but not lead a group. By checking this box you are not committing to anything but opened to potentially hosting. 
Once placed in a group your Leader(s) will follow up with you to determine if hosting in your home is a good fit for both you and the group.
